The Technical Analyst Website and Demand Generation Professional will play a meaningful role in advancing our marketing automation and website capabilities and thus our customer reach. Your work will unlock the full potential of our Marketing Automation Platform and Content Management System(CMS).

An innovative marketing automation power-user, you understand how to apply these tools to marketing processes and campaign workflows, crafting automated programs that drive engagement and achieve business goals. You will ensure we are using automation-related standard methodologies, and follow all email policies and requirements, and drive outstanding campaigns that support our customer audiences and journeys.

As a co-business owner of content management system, you will bring enhancements and optimizations to life in the CMS.

Responsibilities:

Use standard methodologies and expertise to optimize and standardize marketing automation processes across the team and organization

Advise internal marketing automation team to deliver high quality campaigns that increase the response rates, engagement, pipeline, and ultimately performance

Collaborate cross-functionally to lead all aspects of the design, execution, monitoring, and optimization of the customer journeys for the team

Develop insight to optimize customer journey paths based on standard email critical metrics and conversion between customer stages

Partner with other marketing operations teams to coordinate the governance of the platform to improve performance

Partner with Marketing Ops, Analytics, and IT to align automation platform with end-to-end technical architecture and data models to enable campaign segmentation, execution, and reporting

Maintain pulse on marketing automation technology advancements and industry changes

Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional and technical requirements along with IT; Perform user acceptance tests for our new and enhanced CMS functionalities

Desired Skills and Experience

3-5 years experience in driving impact through marketing automation

Advanced knowledge of standard methodologies in leading and implementing B2B and B2C marketing automation platforms (Eloqua preferred)

Significant experience both crafting and implementing integrated campaigns, with a successful track record of measurable results

Experience building and implementing a testing and optimization strategy to improve campaign performance

Strong understanding of direct marketing standard methodologies regarding deliverability and CAN-SPAM compliance

Experience identifying trends and analyzing program efficiency and return on investment, using their implications to guide decision makers

Expertise in improving the quality of and maintaining response rates in contact lists through deliberate data capture and contact management strategies

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Excellent verbal/written communication

Highly collaborative, with experience working cross-functionally to deliver significant results on time with limited direction

Knowledge in requirements engineering is a plus
